סמינר בנושאים חישובים באבולוציה (0411.3015)

In this seminar we will discuss ongoing developments of computational tools in the wide field of phylogenetics and molecular evolution. Topics include (1) genomics scans for the detection of shifts in the selection pattern, (2) molecular dating, (3) diversification analyses, (4) genomic signature of hybridization, (5) inference of whole genome duplications.
Each student will lecture once every semester and will submit a short written report on the content of this presentation.
