Syllabus

The course will discuss selected topics and methodological advances in human neuroimaging through presentations of influential recently up-to-date published papers. Students in the course will actively participate in discussions and will present papers during the semester.

Topics covered:

1^st meeting: General intro. MRI includes: Structural, functional, resting, network modeling. Methodological, clinical, cognitive

2^nd meeting: Ido Tavor presents advances in resting state connectivity and links to behavior (Jbabdi et al.)

3^rd meeting: Tom Schonberg presents advanced in functional network segregation (Shin et al.) and links to physiological markers.

4-6^th meeting: each student present 10 min blitz on their own imaging project.

7-10^th meetings: Student presentation of cutting-edge paper methods from recent year

11-12^th meetings: Hands on sessions of advanced imaging analyses tools

13^th meeting: Course summary by Ido and Tom and major new forecast for coming year in neuroimaging

Students grades will be based on oral presentations and class participation.

Admission prerequisites: Prior knowledge with neuroimaging MRI or fMRI
